Rules for Admission

(1) Educational year starts from 7 Shawwal and admissions are taken in all classes after basic observation.
(2) Students coming to Darul Uloom Zakaria for admission should bring education certificate of their Madarasa studied in. Without this, it will be hard to get admission.
(3) Old and new students both either from Ghair Sarahdi or local areas must submit a photocopy of residential proof from the concerned Pardhan, or Passport or any governmental identity with admission form.
(4) Students from Assam, Bengal, Tripura, Manipur and Kashmir and sarhadi place, must submit the residential proof attested by Magistrate at the time of admission.
(5) Students coming from abroad should attempt for getting admission after having obtained visa education with passport.
(6) Students from local areas will be preferred to admission in primary Arabic classes and Hifz.
(7) Distribution of applications and admission test for new admissions will continue for a week. After that admission will taken if any possibility found.
(8) There will be viva (verbal test) for new admission in class of Persian and classes from Arabic First Year up to Arabic Eight Year.
(9) Written test will be held for admission in Daura Hadith Shareeef. Dates will be announced in time. Education Certificate of Arabic Haftum must be submitted with the admission form to seat in the test of Daura Hadith Shareef.
(10) Students of this Madrasah who obtain outstanding marks will be exempted from exam test but they will have to face the test of imla and math
